Dr. Rashmi Kashikar is an experienced ophthalmologist with over 12 years of clinical practice, specialising in retinal disorders and uveitis management. She holds an MBBS degree, followed by DNB in Ophthalmology and advanced fellowship training in Vitreo-Retina, which focuses on diseases affecting the retina and vitreous of the eye.

She is currently associated with H. V. Desai Eye Hospital, Hadapsar, where she manages a wide range of complex retinal conditions. Dr. Kashikar is known for her accurate diagnosis, careful treatment planning, and compassionate approach to patient care. Her goal is to preserve and restore vision through early detection, advanced treatment methods, and personalised care for every patient.
